Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer (PE) position include:- Hold a B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.- Possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Carolina; SE licensure is a plus.- Apply advanced structural engineering techniques for industrial capital projects, including the design of concrete structures, equipment supports, and seismic analyses.- Proficiency in software such as STAAD, Enercalc, FEA, AutoCAD, and Revit, along with knowledge of codes like IBC, ASCE, AISC, and ACI.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions while meeting project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.- Lead and oversee project documentation, ensuring quality and compliance for industrial facilities.- Conduct on-site observations and provide technical support during construction phases.- Mentor and guide associate engineers and designers, fostering a culture of growth and development.- Represent the firm at client meetings and actively contribute to business development efforts.Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
