Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, with 5+ years of experience in large multifamily housing projects.- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software such as BIM360, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.- Leadership in managing a team of 2-4 people while mentoring junior staff and fostering collaboration.- Hands-on project management from conceptual design to construction completion, ensuring quality and compliance.- Familiarity with building codes including IBC, Fair Housing Act, ANSI, and TAS requirements.- Oversee production of 3D BIM models and construction documents, maintaining high-quality standards.- Expertise in managing consultants and contractors, coordinating all phases of the project.- Perform construction administration, ensuring adherence to design intent, schedule, and budget.Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
