Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Manager position include:- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing, with a background in engineering or electrical-mechanical assembly as a strong advantage.- Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems, including creating and managing bills of materials.- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, process improvement strategies, and workflow optimization.- Lead and develop teams, fostering a high-performing and positive work environment.- Manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery while addressing bottlenecks and troubleshooting challenges.- Maintain adherence to quality standards and implement effective quality control processes.- Work with supply chain teams to prevent material shortages and delays, and integrate new product lines efficiently.- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
