Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Estimator position include:- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete estimating.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel-based estimating software.- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and plan comprehension.- Responsibilities include preparing detailed job estimates, reviewing blueprints, developing budgets, issuing proposals, negotiating contracts, and performing value engineering.- Develop and manage project schedules, scope reviews, and presentations.- Conduct handoff meetings with Operations teams and collaborates with stakeholders.- Travel locally to project sites, maintaining a balance between office and on-site work.Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
