Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Architect position include:- 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture, project management, and estimating.- Overseeing and mentoring CAD technicians and design staff to ensure quality work and client satisfaction.- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and municipal staff.- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with LandFX, SketchUp, and InDesign is highly desirable.- Guiding clients through all phases of the design process while maintaining project budgets and schedules.- Familiarity with local codes, legal requirements, and construction processes is essential.- A degree in Landscape Architecture is preferred; licensure is a plus but not required.- Experience with high-end residential landscape design projects is especially valued.Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
