Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Development Civil Engineer position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; Professional Engineer (PE) license is desired, current Engineer in Training certification is a minimum.- 4+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development and infrastructure projects.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant civil engineering software.- Perform civil engineering design tasks, including grading, drainage, hydrology, water systems, and floodplain analysis.- Review engineering plans, manage projects, and ensure compliance with applicable standards.- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and surveyors, to meet project objectives.- Support, and eventually lead project scoping, budget management, permitting, and construction administration.- Support the team of engineers and technicians while staying current on industry trends and standards.Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
