Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Estimator position include:- 5–15 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in roofing.- Ability to prepare detailed construction cost estimates, including takeoffs and analysis of associated costs.- Experience obtaining vendor and subcontractor quotes to meet project specifications.- Capability to field measure and take core samples on existing buildings.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.- Willingness to travel locally, primarily to Washington, DC, and Virginia.Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
