Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Project Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE License highly preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.- Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products.- Proven experience managing land development projects, including small subdivisions, multifamily, commercial developments, and parcel lots.- Strong knowledge of Baltimore County and Baltimore City regulations and permitting processes.- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and jurisdictional representatives to meet project goals.- Skilled in scheduling teams, monitoring project budgets, and managing timelines to ensure deliverables.- Proficient in identifying and managing scope changes, creating change orders, and maintaining financial oversight.- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor team members.Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
