Qualifications and responsibilities for this Environmental Consulting Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental/Civil Engineering, or a related field (PE or QEP certification a plus).- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in environmental compliance (CAA, CWA, RCRA, CERCLA, SPCC).- Serve as technical lead/project manager for environmental projects and develop environmental plans (SPCC, SWPPP, Hazardous Waste Contingency).- Conduct audits for regulatory compliance programs and environmental management systems.- Maintain and cultivate client relationships and seek new business opportunities.- Complete regulatory reporting (emissions inventory, Form R, Tier II) and oversee environmental permitting efforts.- Mentor junior staff and support their professional growth.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
