Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Designer position include:- Degree preferred but extensive experience will be considered.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.- Broad experience, including parking lot expansions and INDOT projects.- Ability to handle various steps of the design and drafting process.- Draft construction plans, including grading design, site plans, erosion control plans, and SWPPP sheets.- Assist in preparing renderings, exhibits, and detail sheets for projects.- Provide quality control for drafting tasks and ensure adherence to company standards.- Collaborate with survey and project teams to resolve design questions.- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.- Monitor ongoing project performance and address engineering changes.- Support marketing and development efforts for the drafting department.Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
