Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Automation Engineer position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.- 5+ years of experience in designing, integrating, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial automated lines.- Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI installation/configuration, and troubleshooting.- Hands-on experience with ABB robotics or similar systems and industrial communication protocols.- Working knowledge of AC & DC motors and drives.- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years of experience managing technical efforts and leading teams.- Flexibility to support production needs, including occasional nights or weekends.- Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning to optimize production processes.Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
