Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Engineer – Land Development position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (EI/EIT considered for advancement opportunities).- Strong background in land development, drainage, stormwater management, and project design.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; experience with HydroCAD is a plus.- Experience in reviewing, marking up, and stamping plans.- Review and certify engineering plans and drawings for projects.- Manage or assist with quality control, project oversight, and conflict resolution.- Develop construction plans, including storm/pond design, drainage reports, and flood routing plans.- Monitor engineering changes and ensure compliance with project specifications.- Assist with applications and permitting paperwork.- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion.Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
