Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Design Specialist position include:- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.- 7+ years of experience in luxury retail, high-end residential, or hospitality design.- Expertise in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, BIM, and Photoshop, with AutoCAD and Rhino being primary tools.- Leading projects from concept through completion, including detailed design and project management responsibilities.- Developing comprehensive presentation and drawing packages, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D renderings.- Managing construction administration tasks, such as reviewing submittals, finish samples, and shop drawing approvals.- Traveling up to 30% of the time to oversee store locations and ensure project success.- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong conceptual thinking, and advanced knowledge of building systems and materials.- Collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including architects, suppliers, and contractors.Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus up to a 10% bonus.
