Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.- Experience with federal government contracting is required; experience with historic preservation highly preferred.- Active certifications in OSHA 30, EM385, CQM-C, and CPR/First Aid are desirable.- Proficiency in project scheduling software and construction documentation.- Supervises and mentors field staff, ensuring project milestones are met.- Creates and manages "three-week" look-ahead schedules with project teams.- Establishes a safe work environment and documents safety protocols.- Maintains clear communication with clients and resolves project challenges.Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
