Qualifications and responsibilities for this Delta ModTech Press Operator position include:- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Delta converting machines or similar roles.- Expertise in setting up and adjusting presses to meet precise specifications.- Ensure quality control by inspecting products and making necessary adjustments.- Perform troubleshooting, press maintenance, and cleaning duties.- Assist in R&D initiatives to develop innovative new products and applications.- Strong shop math skills and familiarity with inspection tools like calipers.- Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions while maintaining safety and productivity standards.- Proficiency with computers and understanding of materials used in the printing industry, such as film stocks and inks.Salary: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
