Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Restoration Project Manager position include:- Background in commercial construction, structural restoration, coatings, concrete restoration, sealants, and glazing.- Strong knowledge of Procore software, OSHA safety standards, and construction project management principles.- Ability to manage projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to budgets.- Proven experience in creating and updating project schedules, managing materials procurement, and vendor relationships.- Skills in budget tracking, cost control, and financial reporting to achieve project profitability.- Commitment to driving safety culture and ensuring compliance with all company and OSHA standards.- Capability to coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within specifications.Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
