Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controller position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting, with prior leadership responsibilities.- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise (Solution 22).- Experience with China-based manufacturing (a plus).- Oversee and optimize all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow, and foreign exchange management, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and audits.- Provide strategic financial leadership through accurate reporting, forecasts, and analyses to drive profitability, monitor financial health, and support decision-making.- Lead and develop the accounting team, streamline processes, and implement automation to improve efficiency and support scalability.Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus.
