Qualifications and responsibilities for this Fleet and Equipment Manager position include:- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet and equipment management, preferably in the construction industry.- Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, and performance of vehicles and heavy equipment such as trucks and backhoes.- Develop and manage budgets, implementing cost-control strategies to optimize resources.- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while maintaining detailed records.- Manage equipment procurement and inventory tracking to support operational needs.- Supervise and train team members, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.- Analyze fleet data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and generate performance reports.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Class A license preferred.Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
