Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineering Manager position include:- 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering and leadership.- Hands-on management of a team of 6 engineers and programmers designing and programming industrial control panels.- Ability to create PLC programs from scratch in Allen-Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens (Mitsubishi/Omron experience is a plus).- Proficient in creating electrical schematics, Bills of Materials, and using AutoCAD Electrical or similar software.- Interface with customers to develop project scopes, timelines, and efficient workload management.- Lead start-up, installation, and commissioning phases for projects while providing on-site and remote technical support.- Organize project files, manage team hours/schedules, and collaborate with accounting for timely invoicing.- Mentor, motivate, and lead engineering teams to achieve project goals while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.Salary: $110,000 - $125,000+ per year, commensurate with experience. A 6-month review offers the opportunity for a significant increase.
