Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management.- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Bluebeam, or equivalent.- OSHA 30 Certification required. - Expertise in managing project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills to guide teams and resolve challenges.- Ensure safety and quality management in compliance with OSHA standards.- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.- Travel to project sites as needed to oversee progress and address any issues.Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses up to 20% of salary and 10% of job profits for projects you bring in.
