Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician position include:- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.- Prior lumber or wood packaging industry experience is a plus but not required.- Learn and utilize the E-Safety program to document and track maintenance and safety issues.- Monitor and ensure all machines operate efficiently and safely.- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.- Collaborate with production teams to address immediate repair needs.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Commitment to safety and adherence to company procedures.Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
