Qualifications and responsibilities for this Refrigeration Key Account Manager position include:- Experience with refrigeration compressors and condensing units for household and commercial applications, including merchandisers, food retail and service, medical, and specialized industries.- Proven track record in Distribution & Aftermarket (D&AM) and/or OEM Key Account Management.- 3+ years of technical sales (B2B) experience in the refrigeration industry.- Local and Non-Local Travel required (up to 50% of time)- Develop and execute business plans to increase market share and financial performance.- Generate interest in products through quoting, sampling, and closing new business.- Provide product training and present refrigeration equipment solutions to diverse groups.- Participate in trade shows, customer events, and conduct failure analysis at customer locations.- Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses to identify growth opportunities.Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
