Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.- 3+ years of experience with design through construction document phases, focusing on permitting and construction documentation.- Deep working knowledge of Revit (required); proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Grasshopper is a plus.- Familiarity with East Bay building departments is a plus (Berkeley, Oakland, Orinda, Alameda, El Cerrito).- Manage the approvals process for permitting multiple ADU projects.- Draft, submit, revise, and resubmit permit documents using Revit.- Collaborate with the design team to contribute to construction documents and permitting strategies.- Work with software and BIM teams to improve workflows, leveraging parametric design solutions.- Engage in the full project lifecycle, including early design phases, client meetings, and construction administration.Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
