Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Roofing Estimator position include:- Minimum of 3 years of experience with commercial roofing estimating.- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel, with the flexibility to recommend additional software.- Analyze project plans and specifications to create accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and perform quantity take-offs.- Collaborate with teams, subcontractors, and vendors to gather project details and secure competitive pricing.- Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining high quality.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission (estimated additional $20,000 - $40,000 in the first year), commensurate with experience.
