Qualifications and responsibilities for this MEP Construction Inspector position include:- 7+ years of experience in architectural, mechanical, and/or plumbing (MEP) systems.- Ability to obtain security clearance and maintain a drug-free status.- Perform construction observation services to monitor contractor and subcontractor progress.- Document project activities and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.- Conduct inspections involving scaffolding, ladders, and other on-site equipment.- Utilize project management software like Procore for effective tracking and communication.- Maintain accurate project records and provide updates to the onsite Project Manager.- Attend and participate in project meetings to align goals and expectations.Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
