If successful, you'll play a key role in assisting in engineering analyses related to flood control, floodplain management, watershed restoration, and flood risk reduction. Responsibilities include conducting rigorous fieldwork, numerical hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and floodplain management. This position will assist local communities with the National Flood Insurance Program administration and compliance, as well as evaluate alternatives for flood management, watershed restoration, and water management projects.
