Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Superintendent (Grading / Earthwork) position include:- 10+ years of experience as a Foreman managing mass grading and general engineering projects.- Proficient in GPS and grade-checking techniques.- In-depth understanding of equipment implementation and production rates.- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including means and methods.- Skilled at interpreting plans, soils reports, and other construction documents.- Good computer proficiency and excellent documentation abilities.- Coordinate with Project Managers, foremen, subcontractors, Inspectors, and Field Technicians.- Efficiently manage construction processes, manpower requirements, and equipment implementation.- Maintain project schedules and ensure profitability.Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
