Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Land Surveying position include:- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in California, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.- Expertise in boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, construction staking, and as-built surveys.- Leading complex surveying tasks, including map preparation and boundary analysis.- Managing projects from inception to completion, focusing on schedules, quality, and budgets.- Building and maintaining client relationships while identifying new opportunities.- Supervising field crews and collaborating with Project Managers to ensure precision.- Preparing subdivision maps, records of surveys, topographic surveys, and legal descriptions.- Directing construction surveys and overseeing staking calculations for accuracy.Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
