Qualifications and responsibilities for this QA Supervisor position include:- Bachelor’s degree or AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification (or ability to certify within 1 year).- AWS SMAW & GMAW welder certification (or ability to certify within 6 months).- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or equivalent industry experience.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP preferred.- Knowledge and application of Quality Management Systems, inspection procedures, SJI, and AWS welding specifications.- Lead a team of inspectors to uphold quality standards for fabricated products.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.- Availability for travel and extended work hours to resolve job-site challenges.Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
