Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer position include:- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); experience with SketchUp and Lumion is a plus.- Transform conceptual designs into detailed construction documents.- Create comprehensive construction drawings, including site plans, floor plans, and structural layouts.- Develop 3D models and realistic visualizations to aid client understanding.- Participate in client meetings to refine designs based on feedback.- Assist in construction administration by liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients.- Conduct site visits to ensure project accuracy and adherence to designs.- Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to diverse roles within the design process.Salary: $55,000 - $72,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
