Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.- Expertise in machinery maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, including PLC systems and electrical panels.- Familiarity with industrial equipment such as gearboxes, motors, conveyor belts, and manual machinery.- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and train maintenance teams.- Lead maintenance operations, ensuring efficient and safe machinery performance through troubleshooting, inspections, and preventative maintenance.- Supervise and train a team of technicians, fostering skill development and effective collaboration.- Manage inventory of repair parts and supplies to support uninterrupted operations and minimize downtime.- Partner with management to enhance maintenance processes and align with production goals.Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
