Baker/Bellingham area. In managing a Project Engineering office, this position is responsible and accountable to the Project Engineer for administration of design and construction projects assigned, effectively and efficiently implementing region and statewide procedures and processes to meet the objectives and performance measures of the Region Construction Program and the biennial commitments established.This position assists with delivery of projects by providing oversight as a licensed professional engineer of design projects, contract preparation and the administration of designing and constructing contracts to ensure project completion is on time, on budget, and completed safely with the least amount of impacts to the traveling public as necessary.
