Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:- 3+ years of construction project management experience within the cold storage industry.- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, particularly for cold storage facilities.- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft software tools.- Experience with bidding and estimating for construction projects.- Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time in-state or nearby states (AZ, OR, NV).- Oversee projects with a 50/50 split between on-site and office work.- Adaptability to PM schedules (6 am-5 pm, with overtime expected).- Availability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
