Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:- 5–10 years of professional experience in design and project management, ideally with retail, mixed-use, multifamily, or restaurant projects.- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred).- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit, Photoshop, and SketchUp experience is a plus.- Ability to produce technical documentation for both large-scale developments and small tenant improvement projects.- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures.- Collaborate with lead architects on design development, construction documentation, and interior furnishing selections.- Provide construction administration support and manage RFIs, submittals, and other construction processes.- Oversee projects from inception to completion while managing time and maintaining communication.- Interior design skills are a bonus but not required.Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
