Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Support Specialist position include:- Prior sales or related industry experience (experience with decorative plumbing, tile, or hardware is a plus).- Outstanding verbal communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.- Assist Senior Specifiers with sales orders, proposals, and client support.- Cultivate relationships with retail clients, architects, designers, and contractors in the showroom and on-site.- Assess client needs to recommend suitable high-end products.- Create proposals and manage sales orders using QuickBooks.- Prospect for new clients and maintain payment facilitation with the support team.- Participate in product knowledge meetings and vendor relationship-building activities.Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
