Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Engineering position include:- 15+ years of experience in advanced technology, engineering, and product management in global organizations.- Must have expertise in natural refrigerants, CO2 technology, and HVAC systems.- Proven leadership in team development, project management, and change management.- Experience working with DOE, EPA SNAP, and regulatory bodies in the HVACR industry.- Drive R&D efforts to introduce innovative products and technologies while overseeing engineering teams and fostering growth.- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic partners to optimize product delivery and build key relationships.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage cross-functional projects, and align with strategic business objectives.- Master’s or PhD in Engineering (Mechanical, Fluid Mechanics, or Process Engineering) preferred- Lead financial planning, resource optimization, and act as a primary interface with clients and stakeholders.Salary: $220,000 - $240,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with additional bonus potential up to $144,000.
