Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Architect position include:- Licensed Architect in the State of Connecticut (required)- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)- 10+ years of architectural experience, including substantial project management- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio in multi-family housing / subsidized housing projects- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction- Oversee planning, design, and execution while maintaining quality and efficiency- Mentor team members and foster professional growth within the firm- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other requirements- Manage client and consultant communications to facilitate project success- Conduct site visits and review construction documents to uphold quality standardsSalary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
