Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect position include:- 8+ years of professional architectural experience, with exposure to both residential and commercial projects.- Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with Lumion, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite is a plus.- Strong knowledge of building science, construction detailing, and exterior envelope design.- Ability to lead projects through all phases, from concept development to construction administration.- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.- Master’s degree in Architecture preferred; licensure or working toward licensure is highly desirable.- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
