Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Project Manager position include:- Minimum of 10 years' experience in residential construction project management in Boston.- Strong knowledge of ground-up multi-family construction, full gut renovations, and Massachusetts building codes.- Ability to manage multiple residential construction projects, including budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend preferred).- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects stay on track.- Oversee project quality control and ensure all work meets high standards.- Collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to achieve project goals.- Must be able to commute to South Boston daily (Monday–Friday).Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based profit-sharing commissions.
