Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Engineer – Aerospace position include:- Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering, Business, or Marketing (Electronic Engineering preferred).- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development for technical products, preferably in aerospace or motion sensing fields.- Outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills.- Knowledge of Japanese language and culture is a plus.- Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce, SAP, and PowerBI are a plus.- Ability to travel up to 30% (regional and some international).- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aerospace sector while driving revenue growth.- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and product requirements.- Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term sales and customer strategies.- Represent the company at trade shows and actively market aerospace products beyond oil and gas industries.Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
