Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Healthcare Construction Superintendent position include:- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Construction Project Superintendent, preferably in healthcare projects.- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Extensive experience managing diverse construction projects, with a strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.- Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.- Oversee healthcare-related interior renovations, including hospital and medical office buildings.- Ensure compliance with Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) regulations and industry best practices.- Manage project resources, coordinate with architects and engineers, and resolve construction challenges.- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and implementing best safety practices.Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
