Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Estimator position include:- 1-3 years of experience as a Civil Estimator in commercial construction (projects ranging from $3-20 million).- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field (preferred).- Proficiency in Bluebeam is preferred, or similar software; experience with HeavyBid is a plus.- Ability to source and evaluate bid opportunities, review contract documents, and manage vendor pricing.- Experience reading blueprints for all aspects of site development.- Attend pre-bid meetings, conduct job-site visits, and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
