Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Project Coordinator position include:- Experience with boiler systems, ASME weld computations, and project coordination/management.- Proficient in project management software, with experience in coordination and execution.- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and reading mechanical prints, P&ID’s, and electrical diagrams.- Mechanical Engineering degree or PMP certification is a plus.- Oversee control upgrades, burner installations, and boiler equipment installations, ensuring projects meet engineering requirements and deadlines.- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, technicians, and engineers while scheduling and assembling project teams.- Develop project timelines, coordinate supply orders, track documentation, and monitor hours worked.- Provide submittal packages as needed and travel to jobsites and area offices to ensure project success.- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM core hours.Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
