Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Superintendent / Project Manager position include:- 5+ years of experience in highway electrical construction, traffic signal work, or PennDOT projects- Strong leadership skills to manage field crews and oversee daily site operations- Ability to coordinate with inspectors, civil contractors, and local authorities- Experience pulling labor from the union hall and managing workforce logistics- Proficiency in Excel for tracking job progress and reporting- Familiarity with PennDOT standards and regulations preferred- Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and team members- Must be able to pass a background, drug, and Motor Vehicle check.Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities up to $10,000 - $15,000.
