Qualifications and responsibilities for this Drywall Metal Stud Framing Foreman position include:- 5+ years of experience in drywall metal stud framing (commercial projects only, no wood framing).- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and perform precise layout work.- Lead and manage a team of workers on job sites.- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.- Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project deadlines.- Maintain safety standards and compliance on all job sites.- Travel to Austin occasionally (about once every 8 projects), with mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance.- Work standard hours (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), with no overtime expected.Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
