Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Project Manager position include:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design and project management.- Degree in Structural Engineering preferred; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.- PE license preferred or EIT close to licensure will be considered.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Salesforce, Raken Construction Management, and in-house estimating software.- Manage and oversee large-scale industrial structural projects, including cooling towers ranging from $400K to $3-4M.- Lead and mentor junior engineers, ensuring high-quality project execution and professional development.- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance, with a focus on profit and loss responsibility.- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to optimize design processes and project efficiency.- Prepare for a leadership role by actively participating in operations, sales, engineering, and construction activities.Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
