Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer, PE position include:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure (Required).- 5+ years of post-licensure experience with residential and commercial site development projects in the DFW area.- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D (Required).- Lead and manage both the design and management aspects of civil engineering projects.- Utilize Civil 3D for drafting, grading, drainage, and utility design.- Oversee site development, planning, and regulatory compliance.- Work closely with the survey team and clients to ensure project success.- Develop technical reports, plans, and specifications.- Help establish and grow the new engineering department within the firm.Salary: $110,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
