Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:- 5-10 years of CNC programming experience in an aerospace or precision machining environment.- Proficiency in NX software for CNC programming.- Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, and other CNC machine controls.- Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and machine operation.- Develop and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle times and machining efficiency.- Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machine-related issues on the shop floor.- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to select and optimize cutting tools.- Ensure adherence to aerospace industry quality and precision standards.- Work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to support production goals.- Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
