Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BArch) from an accredited institution.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, overseeing design and construction administration.- Proficiency in Revit (90% of work), with experience in CAD-based systems.- Strong knowledge of construction documentation, redlining, and public bidding processes.- Ability to manage and mentor a team of junior architects and designers.- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.- Ability to review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and contractor payment applications.- Conduct field surveys, attend weekly on-site meetings, and maintain project documentation.- Ensure quality assurance, adherence to codes, and compliance with project schedules.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.Salary: $95,000 - $120,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
