Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Estimator position include:-2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating or drafting- Familiarity with FastPIPE or other estimating software is a huge plus- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and take-offs- Experience with Procore or Bluebeam is preferred- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and materials- Willingness to learn sheet metal and pipefitting estimating- Some site visits may be required; company vehicle available or mileage reimbursement provided- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with project managers and field teamsSalary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
